Job Title: Information Technology Support Technician

Job Summary

The Shared Services Division of First Farmers & Merchants Bank and Liberty National Bank are looking to hire a full-time Information Technology Support Technician. This position will be responsible for supporting corporate workstations, network devices, applications, and printers. This individual must be able to work closely with IT leadership and colleagues in the department, communicate effectively, and have the ability to analyze and troubleshoot. The Information Technology Support Technician plays a vital role in making sure our systems are operating efficiently and reliably. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to follow up and resolve outstanding items, and strong technical knowledge.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for the administration and maintenance of workstations and printers
  • Assists bank staff by troubleshooting and escalating technology issues
  • Utilize NinjaOne to deploy software and updates
  • Install, Configure, and Support for workstations and applications
  • Performs select Server and System backup and recovery duties
  • Responsible for Disaster Recovery procedures and tests
  • Supports third party application servers including Fiserv Banking software
  • Creates, enhances, and follows processes to drive efficiency in completing work
  • Assists with network security monitoring and cybersecurity tasks
  • Contributes to the FFM Shared Services Change Management team
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Systems Administration: Minimum 3 years of experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related Technology field preferred

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and fax machines.

Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, and stand or sit for long periods of time. Compensation

Job Summary

Provides application administration services to affiliated 215 Holding Company banks serving communities in southern Minnesota, South Dakota, and Iowa.  This position will be responsible for installation, configuration, and support of corporate applications, processes, and workflows. This individual must be able to work closely with leadership and colleagues in the department, communicate effectively, and have the ability to analyze and troubleshoot. An Application Administrator plays a vital role in making sure our applications are operating efficiently and reliably. This position requires excellent communication skills, the ability to follow up and resolve outstanding items, and strong technical knowledge.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for upgrading, maintaining, and support Fiserv banking software and applications
  • Install, configure, and implement new software and applications to support bank initiatives and growth
  • Coordinate and manage application-related incidents and services requests to ensure resolution in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with business and stakeholders to document and optimize business processes through automation and application features
  • Implement and oversee projects that require new software or application changes
  • Create, enhance, and follow processes to drive efficiency in completing work
  • Respond to user inquiries and system alerts, providing timely resolutions to application challenges
  • Collaborate with internal teams, software vendors, and third-party providers for troubleshooting, upgrades, and feature enhancements
  • Create and maintain documentation for application configurations, processes, and operational procedures
  • Responsible for select Disaster Recovery procedures and tests
  • Contributes to the FFM Shared Services Change Management team
  • Other duties as requested

  • Actively participate in sales and development of trust, investment management, and private banking prospects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Minimum 10 years of direct client contact with wealth management, trust, investment management and sales experience in the financial services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal communication, networking and relationship management / sales skills.
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a very team-oriented environment along with trust officers, investment officers, banking officers and bank operations personnel.
